100,000 shares in the Company at an average price of 5.41 per share. After this

transaction Terje Mjøs controls 600,000 shares in the Company.

Karl Mamelund, member of the Axactor ASA Executive Management Team, has on 18

May 2023 acquired 25,000 shares in the Company at an  average price of 5.27

per share. After this transaction Karl Mamelund controls 175,000 shares in

the Company.
