AXACTOR SE EUR 250,000,000 FRN SENIOR UNSECURED BOND ISSUE 2018/2021 - ISIN NO 001 0819725

Axactor SE has notified Nordic Trustee (in the enclosed Call Option Notice) of its intention to exercise today its call option for the remaining outstanding bonds in the Bond issue AXA01, "Axactor SE EUR 250,000,000 FRN Senior Unsecured Bond Issue 2018/2021 - ISIN NO 001 0819725". The entire Bond issue will be repaid at 100% of the Nominal Amount plus accrued interests on the redeemed amount), with settlement date 5 February 2021 (being the date falling five (5) Business Days after the date of the Call Option Notice).
