Axactor ASA: Annual general meeting 2023 held

Today, Axactor ASA held the 2023 annual general meeting. The meeting was held as

a hybrid meeting, with physical and online participation. All resolutions were

made in accordance with the proposals set out in the meeting notice.

After the annual general meeting, the board has the following composition: Terje

Mjøs as chair and Brita Eilertsen, Lars Erich Nilsen, and Kjersti Høklingen as

board members.
