Axactor SE – Written Resolution Resolved
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Axactor SE (OSE: AXA) (the "Company") on 10 December 2020 regarding the notice of a written resolution to amend the terms of AXA01.
The written resolution has been resolved and approved by the AXA01 bondholders. Please see the attached Notice from Written Resolution for further information.
