COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by AX Real Estate p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to Chapter 5 of the Capital Markets Rules as issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

As part of its efforts towards maintaining the price stability of its equity, the Company shall be examining the possibility of appointing a Market Maker as defined by the Capital Market Rules and shall be exploring various options and mechanisms to such effect.

The resultant recommendations shall, following conclusion of the above exercise and in due course, be presented to the Board of Directors of the Company for consideration, and if it deems such prudent and in the general interest of the Members, approval.

The appointment of a Market Maker shall be subject to any regulatory approvals which may be required at the time of such appointment.
