The following is a Company Announcement issued by AX Real Estate p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to Chapter 5 of the Capital Markets Rules as issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

Declaration And Payment of Dividend

At a meeting of the 24th of February 2025, the Board of Directors of the Company declared and resolved to distribute a gross dividend from the untaxed account of the company for the Basis Year 2024, amounting to €2,311,012.36 equivalent to €0.008424 per ordinary share.

The dividend will be paid on the 14th May 2025 to the holders of listed ordinary "A" shares resulting on the Company's Register of Members as maintained at the Central Securities Depository at the Malta Stock Exchange as at the close of business on the 29th April 2025, as well as to the holders of the unlisted ordinary "B" shares in the Company.
