The Company hereby announces that Mr Kenneth Abela has given notice to the Board of Directors of the company AX Group p.l.c. (C-12271) of his resignation from the post of Chief Executive Officer (Designate) of AX Group, effective 30th September 2025, as he wishes to pursue other opportunities.
The Board of Directors extends its gratitude to Mr Abela for his service to the Company and wishes him every success in his future endeavours.
There are no matters concerning the resignation of Mr Abela that warrant any disclosure in terms of the Capital Market Rules.
