Avira Resources Ltd (ASX: AVW) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Avira Resources Ltd (‘AVW’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AVW, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 28 March 2025 or when the announcement is released to the market.

The trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement by the Company regarding a capital raising and an acquisition.

The Company requests an immediate trading halt and anticipates that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Friday, 28 March 2025 or the making of an announcement in respect to the capital raising and acquisition.

The Company confirms that it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and confirms there is no further information that the Company can inform the market regarding the trading halt.
