Avira Resources Limited (ASX: AVW) ( Avira or the Company ) issued 122,345,970 AVWOB options ( Options ) on 16 June 2025. Further details are set out in the Appendix 2A released on that date.

In respect of the Options, the Company gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (the Act) of the following:

David Wheeler, Non-Executive Chairman

(a) the Company has issued the Options without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

(b) as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with;

David Deloub, Executive Director

James Robinson, Non-Executive Director

Rhys Waldon, Company Secretary

a. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company; and

b. sections 674 and 674A of the Act; and
