PLACEMENT COMPLETION DATE EXTENSION - JOSEPH CAPITAL (HONG KONG) LIMITED
MGT Resources Limited has been notified by Joseph Capital (Hong Kong) Limited that due to foreign banking processing times the $1,000,000 in funds under the Placement Agreement announced to the market on 3 June 2016, will not be received by 30 June 2016.
MGT Resources Limited has been advised by Joseph Capital (Hong Kong) Limited that that funds will be received on or before 15 July 2016.
