PLACEMENT UPDATE - JOSEPH CAPITAL (HONG KONG) LIMITED
As announced to the market on 30 June 2016, MGT Resources Limited were advised by Joseph Capital (Hong Kong) Limited that the $1,000,000 in funds under the Placement agreement announced to the market on 3 June 2016, would be received on or before 15 July 2016.
MGT Resources Limited has been advised by Joseph Capital (Hong Kong) Limited that further delays in foreign banking processing times mean that the funds are now anticipated to be received on or before 22 July 2016.
Directors Jonathan Back, Gary Kuo and Christopher Chen have extended their lines of credit, announced to the market on 30 June 2016, to the earlier of the date that the $1,000,000 from Joseph Capital (Hong Kong) Limited clears MGT Resources Limited’s bank account and 22 July 2016.
An Appendix 3B will be lodged once the funds are received and the shares are issued.
