PLACEMENT COMPLETE - JOSEPH CAPITAL (HONG KONG) LIMITED

Further to the announcement made to the ASX of 15 July 2016, MGT Resources Limited is pleased to announce that the placement of 30,303,030 shares in MGT Resources Limited to Joseph Capital (Hong Kong) Limited under the Placement Agreement of 3 June 2016, has now been completed upon receipt of settlement funds.

A s708(5)(e) Cleansing Statement and Appendix 3B are attached for the issue of shares under the Placement agreement.
