Avira Resources Limited (ASX: AVW ) ( Avira or the Company ) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rules 3.13.1 and 14.3, and its Constitution, that the Annual General Meeting will be held on 24 November 2023.
Full details of the agenda for the AGM, including details of how shareholders can participate in the Meeting, will be contained in the Notice of AGM, which will also contain a proxy form. The Notice of AGM will be sent to shareholders and a copy released on the ASX Market Announcements Platform and on the Company’s website in due course.
The Company advises that the final date for receipt of nominations from persons who wish to be considered for election as a director is 13 October 2023. Any nominations must be received in writing by no later than 5.00pm WST on 13 October 2023 at the Company’s registered office.
