CHANGE OF AUDITOR

Avira Resources Limited (ASX: AVW) ( Avira or the Company ), announces that HLB Mann Judd (HLB) have been appointed as the Company’s Auditors. This appointment follows the resignation of Mazars Risk & Assurance and ASIC’s consent.

The Board’s decision to change auditors was made following a review process and HLB Mann Judd were chosen, a Western Australia based location being a key consideration. HLB have considerable experience, particularly with similar sized resource companies.

In accordance with section 327(c) of the Corporations Act 2001, a resolution will be tabled at the Company’s 2022 Annual General Meeting to ratify the appoint of HLB Mann Judd as the Company’s auditor.

The Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to thank Mazars for their assistance and services to the Company to date.
