COMPANY UPDATE

Avira Resources Limited (ASX: AVW ) ( Avira or the Company ) wishes to advise on the following board redesignations and new address details for the Company.

Board Redesignation

Following the appointment of Mr David Deloub as a Non-Executive Director on 30 November 2017, the board is pleased to announce that Mr Deloub has been appointed as an Executive Director of Avira, effective today.

ASX CODE

The material terms of Mr Deloub’s Executive Services Agreement are as follows.

AVW ASX CODE

• Employment will be for a term of three (3) years.

• Remuneration of $60,000 per annum plus statutory superannuation.

• Executive Salary to be reviewed annually, with the first review to be conducted following the completion of the 30 June 2018 financial year.

The Company also confirms the following internal board redesignations effective today.
