Mr Li Hai Jun

Mr Li Hai Jun, Non-Executive Director, has advised the board of MGT Resources Limited (MGT or The Company) that he would no longer be putting himself forward for re-election at the Annual General Meeting and would tender his resignation at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting, held today, in order to pursue other business interests.

Mr Li Hai Jun has been a Non-Executive Director from April 2009 to November 2016. The Board of MGT sincerely thank him for his valued contribution and significant input to the MGT Board during this time and wish him and his family all the best for the future.
