Change in the number of shares and votes in Avanza Bank Holding AB (publ)
The number of shares and votes in Avanza Bank Holding AB (publ) ("the Company") has increased due to the completed share issue as a result of the exercise of warrants by employees. The warrants exercised are part of the incentive programme resolved upon by the Annual General Meeting held on 20 March, 2018. The number of shares has increased by 617,748 and the share capital has consequently increased to SEK 77,785,879.
As of 30 September, 2021 the number of shares in the Company amounts to 155,571,758. Each share carries one vote, and the total number of votes is 155,571,758.
