Re: AUTOMAX MOTORS LTD.

Further to immediate report published by the Company on September 17th, 2025, regarding the investigation conducted by the Police and The Israel Securities Authority (hereinafter: "the investigation") and in the light of the suspicions that arose as a part of the investigation concerning the alleged commission of fraud and forgery in connection with the publication of the Company's financial statements, as well as the unlawful withdrawals of funds from the Company. uncertainty has arisen regarding the reliability of the Company's financial statements, which may materially affect the prices of its securities.

In light of this, trading in the Company's shares (ISIN IL0011316978), in bonds series 2 (ISIN IL00011849283) and bonds series 3 (ISIN IL00012217613) has been suspended as of today, September 18th, 2025.

If the conditions for resuming trading in the Company's securities are not met by TASE's Board of Directors meeting to be held on October 22, 2025, the Board of Directors will discuss, at its aforementioned meeting, the continuation of the suspension of trading.
