Dear Sir/Madam,

Re: AUTOMAX MOTORS LTD

On September 18, 2025 trading in the company's securities, including bonds series 3 (ISIN No. IL001112217613) has been suspended due to uncertainty arises in respect of a matter related

to the company .

On October 27, 2025, TASE's board of directors decided that due to the aforementioned

uncertainty, the suspension of trading in the company's securities will continue.

Following the immediate report of bond's series 3 trustee dated October 27, 2025, regarding the bonds holders decision to call for immediate payment of the bonds, another cause for suspension has been added, and accordingly trading in bonds series 3 is suspended also due to

their call for immediate payment.

Bonds series 3 will be delisted from trade on their final redemption date or on the date the company's shares will be delisted from trade (as detailed in TASE's board of directors resolution dated October 27, 2025), whichever is earlier.
