Description

Auric Mining Limited (‘AWJ’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Wednesday, 10 February 2021.

Official quotation of AWJ’s ordinary fully paid shares and quoted options will commence at 10:00 AM AWST on Friday, 12 February 2021.

AWJ raised $7,256,416.75 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 18 November 2020 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 29,025,667 shares at an issue price of 0.25 per share and 14,512,827 quoted options exercisable at $0.40 per option expiring on Tuesday, 31 October 2023.
