Gareth Solly Commences as CEO

The Announcement

As part of our growth into a fully integrated mining house, Auric Mining Limited (ASX: AWJ) (Auric or the Company) is delighted to welcome Mr Gareth Solly to the team.

Joining the Company today as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, Gareth's appointment significantly strengthens the board and executive leadership team. Among the focus for the proven 20+ year gold industry professional will be spearheading the rebuild of the Company's Burbanks gold plant, growing additional gold resources across the project portfolio and preparation for the restart of mining operations at Munda.

Gareth brings an abundance of hands-on industry experience, most recently as founding Managing Director of Black Cat Syndicate (ASX: BC8), which he transformed from a ~$6m exploration IPO into an ~100,000-ounce, multi-asset gold producer with a 2.5Moz resource base.

Gareth brings proven technical, operational and capital markets experience. Notably, Gareth played a key role in the acquisition and rapid refurbishment of both the Paulsens and Lakewood Gold Operations, on time and on budget. His track record in advancing early-stage explorers into producers and growing resource ounces aligns closely with Auric's immediate strategy for the Munda and Burbanks Gold operations.

Working alongside founding Managing Director, Mark English, it is planned through a formal transition period that Gareth will succeed Mark as Managing Director on or before 1 December 2026. Mark will remain as Executive and Finance Director.
