Completes Acquisition of Neometals Gold Rights

Auric Mining Limited (ASX: AWJ ) ( Auric or the Company ) is pleased to announce that following Shareholder Approval at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held 8 June 2021, it has today successfully completed the transaction with Neometals Ltd (ASX: NMT ) to acquire gold rights as per the announcement released to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on 19 April 2021.

This announcement has been approved for release by the Board.
