Dear Sir/Madam,

Re: AURA SMART AIR LTD (Issuer No. 1899)

1. Trading in the company's shares (ISIN No. IL0011766198) was suspended on August, 27, 2023 due to an appointment of temporary trustees for the company.

2. In light of the company's reports dated June 26, 2024 and September 2, 2024 and in accordance with the provisions of section 7.a. of the fourth part of TASE's rules, trading in the Company's shares will be renewed on September 5, 2024, on the maintenance list.

3. Since the company's shares will be transferred on the maintenance list, the letter M will be added to the company's name and to the names of its securities

4. The company's shares ceased to be traded on the main list on August, 27, 2023. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of section 11.d. of the fourth part of TASE's rules, if the conditions for the renewal of trade on the main list will not be fulfilled within 48 months from the date of which they ceased to be traded on the main list, the company's shares will be de-listed from trade on TASE.
