Re: AURA SMARTAIR LTD

1. Following the company's report dated August 26, 2023, regarding the appointment of temporary receivers to the company according to law of Insolvency, please note that, trading in the company's shares (IL0011766198) has been suspended as of today, August 27, 2023.
2. If the conditions for the renewal of trading in the Company's shares will not be fulfilled by the TASE's Board of Directors' meeting on September 7, 2023, the Board of Directors will discuss the continuation of the suspension of trading.

The public is given an opportunity to raise written arguments regarding the suspension of trade, until September 3, 2023.

1. According to TASE's rules and regulations, where a security is traded on the maintenance list or suspended from trade, the security shall be de-listed from trade if 48 months have passed from the date on which the security ceased to be traded in the framework of the main list, and the conditions for the renewal of trade therein on the main list have not been fulfilled.
