STATEMENT ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TENDER OFFER, AIMED AT DELISTING OF THE SHARES OF AUGA GROUP, AB FROM TRADING ON THE WARSAW STOCK EXCHANGE

Not applicable, as based on the applicable Polish legal requirements, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority does not approve the tender offer circular, but either provides the mandatory comments no later than 3 business days before the start of the subscription period or not at all. If not, the tender offer circular may be implemented. The Polish Financial Supervision Authority has not provided any comments to the tender offer circular.
