Audeara Limited (‘AUA’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Friday, 14 May 2021.
Official quotation of AUA’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 11.00 AM AEST on Tuesday, 18 May 2021.
AUA raised $7,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 31 March 2021 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 35,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
