Audeara Limited (Audeara or the Company) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 that the Company’s 2021 Annual General Meeting is currently scheduled to be convened on Friday 19 November 2021.

On the basis of the above meeting date, and pursuant to its Constitution, the Company advises that the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Friday, 8 October 2021. Any nominations must be received in writing at the Company’s Registered Office by 5.00pm AEST.

The materials for the AGM will be produced and provided to shareholders in due course.
