The issue of 508,388 Share Appreciation Rights to the MD/CEO was approved by shareholders at the Annual General meeting on 10 November 2021. These 508,388 Share Appreciation Rights are being issued under Listing Rule 10.14, therefore further approval is not required under Listing Rule 7.1 (Listing Rule 7.2, Exception 14). The other 508,388 Share Appreciation Rights are being issued using the entity's 15% placement capacity) under Listing Rule 7.1 (refer section 5).
