Board Succession
AUB Group Limited (AUB) announces the appointment of Gary Lennon as a Non-Executive Director, effective 12 May 2026.
Gary Lennon is a Non-Executive Director of ASX listed Transurban Group. He is a Non-Executive Director of the Stronger Smarter Institute, and a former director of the Bank of New Zealand.
Gary has over 25 years of extensive financial, accounting, risk management, treasury and strategic experience across financial services in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. He was previously the Chief Financial Officer at National Australia Bank. Prior to this, he held senior executive roles with Deutsche Bank and KPMG.
In accordance with AUB’s constitution, Gary will stand for election at the 2026 Annual General Meeting.
AUB Chair Peter Harmer said, “I am delighted to welcome a director of Gary’s calibre to the Board as part of our orderly succession process. Gary brings considerable experience in finance and accounting to the AUB Board. I congratulate Gary on his appointment and look forward to his contribution.”
