AUB Group Limited (ASX: AUB) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of AUB Group Limited (‘AUB’) will be halted at the request of AUB, pending the release of an announcement by AUB.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 29 January 2026; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

AUB’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

AUB Group Limited – Request for Trading Halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, AUB Group Limited (ACN 000 000 715) (ASX: AUB) ( AUB ) requests the immediate implementation of a trading halt in its ordinary shares to apply from the commencement of trading today, Tuesday, 27 January 2026.

AUB provides the following information for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1:

• (a) the trading halt is requested as AUB expects to make an announcement to ASX in connection with a proposed capital raising comprising an institutional placement ( Placement ) and a share purchase plan;

• (b) AUB requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of:

  • a. AUB making an announcement to the market regarding the completion of the Placement; and

  • b. the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 28 January 2026; and

• (c) AUB is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
