FY23 Guidance Upgrade and FY23 Results Webcast Details
AUB Group Limited ( AUB ) is pleased to provide upgraded guidance for the full year ended 30 June 2023 ( FY23 ).
AUB expects to report underlying net profit after tax ( UNPAT ) for FY23 of approximately AUD 129 million. This result is 5.7% above the mid-point of the FY23 guidance range of AUD 120 million to AUD 124 million, announced to the market on 18 May 2023.
The strong performance of AUB in FY23 has been driven by robust trading in May 2023 and June 2023, continued execution of strategic growth initiatives and Tysers performing ahead of expectations.
This is a preliminary result and remains subject to audit review and finalisation. AUB is scheduled to release its full year results for FY23 on Tuesday 22 August 2023.
The results will be presented by Mike Emmett, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, and Mark Shanahan, Chief Financial Officer, via a webcast and teleconference at 10:30am (AEST). The webcast and teleconference registration links are as follows:
