Dear Sir / Madam,

Re: FY20 Adjusted NPAT Guidance

Our guidance for Adjusted Net Profit After Tax growth for FY20 of 4% to 6% (from the FY19 comparative base of $46.4 million) includes an estimate of $1.5 to $2.0 million (post-tax) of one-off major acquisition legal and financing costs as per page 18 of the FY19 Results Presentation released to the ASX this morning.

Adjusting for these costs, guidance would increase to 8% to 10% growth.
