component of the fully underwritten pro

entitlement offer as detailed in the ASX
announcement by AUB on Monday 12

This Appendix 3B updates the approximate
number of New Shares to be issued under
the entitlement offer as announced on
Monday 12 November 2018 and detailed in
the Appendix 4B issued on that date
(Entitlement Offer). Following the issue of
7,984,478
New
Shares
under
the
institutional component of the Entitlement
Offer and the issue of the New Shares under
the Retail Entitlement Offer which are the
subject of this Appendix 3B, AUB confirms
that a total of 9,459,588 New Shares were
issuedpursuant to the Entitlement Offer.

Quotation agreement
