Appointment of Group General Counsel and Company Secretary

AUB Group Limited ( ASX: AUB ) announces the appointment of Mr Richard Bell as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary, effective 29 June 2021.

Mr David Franks will resign as Joint Company Secretary effective from the date of Mr Bell’s appointment. Mr Allan Luu will remain as an additional Company Secretary.

Richard Bell will be the person responsible for communications with the ASX pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6, effective from the date of his appointment.

The Board extends its thanks to Mr Franks for his valuable contribution during his tenure as Company Secretary.
