APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
AUB Group Limited ( ASX: AUB ) today announced the appointment of David Franks as Company Secretary, effective immediately.
Mr Allan Luu will remain as an additional Company Secretary.
Mr Franks is the person responsible for communications with the ASX pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6 effective from the date of his appointment.
This appointment follows the recent departure of Company Secretary, Ms Freya Smith, effective 24 April 2020.
This release has been authorised by the AUB Board.
