Appointment of Company Secretary
AUB Group Limited (ASX:AUB) announces the appointment of Ms Freya Smith as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary, effective 4 November 2019.
Ms Smith will replace Mr David Franks who will resign as Company Secretary effective from the date of Ms Smith’s appointment. Mr Allan Luu will remain as an additional Company Secretary.
Ms Smith will be the person responsible for communications with the ASX pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 12.6 effective from the date of her appointment.
The Board extends its thanks to Mr Franks for his valuable contribution during his tenure as Company Secretary.
