Re: Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

AUB Group Limited (ASX:AUB) is pleased to announce the appointment of Susan Mitchell as Chief Financial Officer, effective 1[st] June 2018.

Ms Mitchell is an experienced Senior Finance Executive and Chief Financial Officer, having previously worked across ASX listed and start-up private equity backed financial institutions, subsidiaries of global banks and a major international accounting firm. For the last nine years, Ms Mitchell has been the Chief Financial Officer of ASX listed mortgage broker and financial planner, Mortgage Choice Limited, leading a team with responsibility for finance, investor relations, company secretarial, franchise operations and lending support.

Ms Mitchell has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Tulane University, Louisiana and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas. She is also US CPA Qualified and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Commenting on the appointment, CEO & Managing Director, Mr Mark Searles said “we are very pleased to have secured such a high calibre candidate with a depth of experience that will be invaluable to AUB Group. I would also like to add our thanks to our current CFO, Jodie Blackledge, who leaves the Group in May to take up a new opportunity”.
