Re: Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Further to the announcement released to the market on 1[st] March 2018, AUB Group Limited (ASX:AUB) advises that Ms Mitchell has told us today that she has chosen to accept the position of Chief Executive Officer with her current employer, Mortgage Choice Limited (ASX: MOC) and will not assume the role of Chief Financial Officer of AUB Group Ltd.

Recruitment for the role is continuing and the Company expects to be in a position to update the market in that regard in a relatively short period.
