AUB Group Limited (ASX:AUB) announces the appointment of David Franks and Allan Luu as Company Secretaries effective 21[st] December 2018.

David Franks is the person nominated under Listing Rule 12.6 for communication with the ASX with regard to Listing Rule matters.

This appointment follows the upcoming departure of Company Secretaries, Justin Coss and Howard Edelman effective 21[st] December 2018 and 31[st] December 2018 respectively.
