Re: Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

AUB Group Limited (ASX:AUB) announces an impending change in the position of Chief Financial Officer. Jodie Blackledge has formally resigned her position with AUB Group Ltd to accept a new career opportunity outside of the insurance industry. Jodie will remain with the Group for her notice period of six months which will enable the orderly handover of responsibilities. An external search will be undertaken to find her replacement.

Ms Blackledge joined AUB Group Ltd on 7[th] April 2015 and has been instrumental in augmenting the capabilities of the Company’s finance team in a period of significant change within the business. The Board extends its thanks to Ms Blackledge for her service and considerable contribution to the Company during her tenure.
