Re: Retirement of Chairman & Director

Mr. Richard Longes who has served on the Austbrokers Board as Chairman since 2005 did not offer himself for re-election at today’s AGM and retired as Chairman and a Director at the close of the meeting. Austbrokers wishes to record its thanks to Mr. Longes for his significant contribution to Austbrokers as the Company’s Chairman over the last ten years.

As previously announced David Clarke will replace Richard as Chairman of the Board.

In addition Stephen Rouvray will retire as Company Secretary on 30[th] November and be replaced by Justin Coss. The Board acknowledges the significant contribution made by Stephen over 30 years both as CFO and Company Secretary and wishes him the best for the future.
