Re: Retirement of Director

Mr. D.J. Harricks who has served on the Austbrokers Board since 2005 did not offer himself for reelection at today’s AGM and retired at the close of the meeting. Austbrokers wishes to record its thanks to Mr. Harricks for his significant contribution to Austbrokers over many years.

At the AGM Mr Longes announced that he would not be seeking re-election at the expiration of his term at the next AGM and that during the next 12 months the Board would undertake a search for a new Director as well as appoint a Chairman from that date.
