Re: Retirement of Director

Mr. P.R. Shirriff who has served on the Austbrokers Board since 1985 did not offer himself for reelection at yesterday’s AGM and retired at the close of the meeting. Austbrokers wishes to record its thanks to Mr. Shirriff for his significant contribution to Austbrokers over many years. Austbrokers is currently engaged in the process of seeking a replacement Director and will make an announcement to the market following the conclusion of that process.
