Following the announcement on 22[nd] October 2012 of the appointment of Mr. Mark Searles as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, the Board of Directors of Austbrokers Holdings Limited has now formally appointed Mr. Searles as a Director of the company to be effective from 1[st] January 2013.

The current Chief Executive Officer Mr. W.L McKeough will cease to be a Director on his retirement on 31[st] December 2012.
