Date of Annual General Meeting
AUB Group Limited ( AUB ) advises that the 2024 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held on Thursday 31 October 2024 at 10:00am (Sydney time).
Further information about the AGM will be set out in the Notice of Meeting which will be released to the market and available to shareholders on or around 27 September 2024.
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.1, the closing date for the receipt of director nominations is 12 September 2024, being 35 business days before the date of the AGM.
