Date of Annual General Meeting
AUB Group Limited ( ASX: AUB ) advises that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of AUB Group is scheduled for Wednesday 10 November 2021 at 10:00am (AEDT).
Further information about the AGM will be set out in the Notice of Meeting which will be released to the market and available to shareholders on or around 11 October 2021.
Further to Listing Rule 3.13.1, Listing Rule 14.3 and Clause 6.2(e) of the Company’s Constitution, nominations for election of directors at the AGM must be received not less than 35 Business Days before the meeting, being no later than Wednesday 22 September 2021.
