Date of Annual General Meeting
AUB Group Limited (ASX: AUB) advises that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of AUB Group is scheduled for Tuesday 10 November 2020 at 10:00am (AEDT).
The location of the AGM is subject to COVID-19 restrictions, including regulatory requirements. Further details of the location, or whether the meeting will be held as a hybrid or virtual meeting, will be confirmed closer to the AGM.
Further to Listing Rule 3.13.1, Listing Rule 14.3 and Clause 6.2(e) of the Company’s Constitution, nominations for election of directors at the AGM must be received not less than 35 Business Days before the meeting, being no later than Tuesday 22 September 2020.
