Launch of a new investment project

The Board of Directors of ASTARTA HOLDING PLC (hereinafter "the Company" or "Astarta") informs that the Company has launched an investment project to build a multi-seed crusher in the Khmelnytsky region of Ukraine. The project is aimed to capitalize on existing infrastructure and develop an industrial cluster in Western region of operations of Astarta. The crusher's planned annual processing capacity is 400kt of oilseeds.

The project is estimated at USD76m.

Commissioning of the facility is planned for 2026.
