Issue of Shares
Contango Asset Management Limited ACN 080 277 998 ( ASX:CGA ), wishes to advise pursuant to the shareholders’ approval at the FY21 Annual General Meeting on 11 November 2021, 60,303 fully paid ordinary shares were allotted to the Managing Director in lieu of his remuneration. Due to an administrative oversight, this Appendix 2A was not lodged within the required time frame.
The Company has reviewed its processes in this regard in order to prevent a reoccurrence.
