Appointment and Resignation of Company Secretary

Associate Global Partners Limited (ACN 080 277 998) (ASX: APL or the Company), in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, wishes to advise the appointment of Sushma Kejriwal of Acclime Corporate Services Australia Pty Ltd as the Company Secretary of the Company effective 23 April 2026.

This appointment follows the resignation of Mark Licciardo of Acclime Corporate Services Australia Pty Ltd as Company Secretary effective close of business on 23 April 2026.

The Board would like to acknowledge Mr Licciardo’s contribution to the Company Secretary role during his tenure.
